This time of year I always struggle with feeling down, unmotivated, and just plain blah. The more I talk about it with my friends the more I realize I am not alone in this. I think most of us struggle with it to some extent. It’s pretty normal for the dark days of winter.
There are many great ways to fight the blah feelings. My favourite way is to:
Focus on a Goal. Pick something you like to do or want to get better at. Figure out a way to measure the progress, and focus on any small thing you accomplish towards the goals.

Take some time to de-stress. January can bring a lot of stress as we are rebounding from Christmas, and starting to focus on the upcoming tax season. Go to a hot yoga class
